Delivery & Returns

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We process all orders within 2 business days, and they are shipped using the Australian Post network.

We offer free standard parcel post for any order over $50 within Australia, and a $5 flat rate for any international order over $50. We also provide an express shipping option at an additional cost. 

Due to COVID-19 there can be slight delays in your shipments, but we will make sure that your order is sent from our warehouse within the 2 business days from order confirmation. 

For any faulty goods, we offer either a full refund, or we will ship out a new lot of bands to you directly at no cost.

For change of mind purchases, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange, however the customer must cover the cost of the return shipping to our warehouse in Melbourne.
